Due to the light and screen difference, the item's colour may be different from the pictures. All items are described as accurately as possible, please allow for slight variations in size and colour.

All payments are taken via square, You don't need to have a square account in order to process your payment with us.

All payments are made in GBP, and will be converted by square into your currency once payment is complete.

Clearpay is also offered as an option if you wish to spread your order over 4 equal payments.
Postage & Delivery

I aim to process and dispatch all bag making supplies orders within 1-2 working days, Please be aware I run the business on my own orders may take longer during busy periods. You will receive a dispatch email once your order has been shipped.

Orders are processed Monday to Friday. All orders are shipped via Royal Mail, options of 1st or 2nd class are available at checkout. Please allow up to 10 working days for your parcel to arrive. These are the conditions set by Royal Mail before any claim for a missing parcel can be opened for investigation. Replacements or refunds can only be actioned once a claim has been raised, by placing an order you are agreeing to this. If you parcel hasn't arrived after 10 working days please get in touch with me, and I will raise a claim and investigate with Roya Mail.

Returns

If you wish to return your order, please email use within 14 days to authorise the return. The receiptant is responsible for return postage which must be a signed for and insured method of postage. Orders must be returned within 14 days after the return is authorised. All returned items must be unused, in their original packaging and be in resaleable condition.

All of my products are inspected before being dispatched, in the unlikely event of receiving faulty goods, please contact us via email deb@memademakes.co.uk with photos of the faulty items and a description of the fault. We will cover the cost of the return and cover either a refund or replacement.
