Date 25th-27th October 2024 Location - Little Haven Hotel South Shields Visit the bagmakers retreat page for all the fine details of the weekend. https://www.memademakes.co.uk/bag-makers-retreat The boring part. A booking fee of £60 per person needs to be paid at time of booking to secure your space. The full amount needs to be paid at least 6 weeks prior to retreat date.  If you cancel with less than 6 weeks to the retreat date, you will not receive a refund you may transfer your space to another person, this will need to arranged between you and the person transferring too and the details emailed confirming the new attendees details. Any cancellations made 6 weeks before the retreat date will be refunded minus any PayPal fees. Any balances that haven't been paid by the 6 week deadline will be cancelled and their booking fee lost the place will be offered to the next person on the waiting list. In the unlikely event that the retreat has to be cancelled due to the venue or because I can't attend any money paid will be refunded in full. Spaces are very limited and are on a first come first served basis, if you want to bring a non sewing friend or partner with you to share your room, please let me know and I can let you know the cost to add them to the room and meals etc.
