Payment, Returns & Shipping Information

Payments.

All payments can be taken via Square payments, you don't need to have a Square account in order to process your payment with us.

All payments are made in GBP, and will be converted by Square Payments into your currency once payment is complete. Payments can also be paid with Clearpay for those who wish to spread their orders over 4 equal payments.

Returns

If you wish to return your order, please email use within 14 days to authorise the return. The receiptant is responsible for return postage which must be a signed for and insured method of postage. Orders must be returned within 14 days after the return is authorised. All returned items must be unused, in their original packaging and be in resaleable condition.

All of my products are inspected before being dispatched, in the unlikely event of receiving faulty goods, please contact us via email memademakes@gmail.com with photos of the faulty items and a description of the fault. We will cover the cost of the return and cover either a refund or replacement.

Shipping.

I aim to process and dispatch all bag making supplies orders within 1-2 working days, please be aware I run my business alone so orders may take longer during busy periods. You will receive a dispatch email once your order has been shipped.

Orders are processed Monday to Friday. All orders are shipped via Royal Mail, options of 1st or 2nd class are available at checkout. Please allow up to 10 working days for your parcel to arrive. These are the conditions set by Royal Mail before any claim for a missing parcel can be opened for investigation. Replacements or refunds can only be actioned once a claim has been raised, by placing an order you are agreeing to this. If you parcel hasn't arrived after 10 working days please get in touch with me, and I will raise a claim and investigate with Royal Mail.

Please note we currently only ship to the UK.

Please note some items have to go as parcels even though they are light in weight so have been set as such for the purposes of postage. If you are over charged for postage once the parcel has been packed and weighed any difference will be refunded.

If you need to add to your order once it has been placed and paid for, please place your second order quote the first order number in the notes section of the checkout select the same postage as the first order and once the orders have been combined and weighed any over payment of postage over the 2 order will be refunded so that only one combined total postage is paid.
